ruth - so much passes through the experiencing of a moment. is it that some moments are fuller than others or that i can perceive more in some moments than others. steven
elisabeth - it's interesting to me that you should say that. i had in my mind the words to describe the deep green depths of this place but i wondered if that might draw the reader away from the outer skin. but it's there. for sure it's there. steven
I do get the serenity of this, the peace and stillness. the beauty...still water, green - mosquito larvae do thrive!unfortunately that's the first thing that came to mind because that is how literal I am today...they always find stillness and then mess it up.
linda sue - oh probably - i even wondered about cayman crocs released by someone who couldn't manage their size, and water moccasins, poison dart frogs, wolves sneaking up from behind, black widow spiders and then i let all of that go. lovely stillness was all mine and everything else around me. steven

So brilliant, Steven. The observer as painter, participant.
the best kind of meditation
Under that carpet of green lies a bed of dark water and still more stillness. Thanks, Steven.
People often think of Blue as the color of calm and tranquility.
I always think of green. This is perfect!

hope - i find the green of summer, the plants that fill this house, each places of calm and quiet! steven
Stillness is my favourite feeling Steven - not always easy to find.
hello weaver - it's one of mine and would likely be my favourite if (as you point out) it were easier to find. steven
