This forest is full of trees of different kinds that have grown together - beech and hemlock, birch and hemlock. It seems the hemlocks like to cuddle as its usually a hemlock cuddling up to another kind of tree for life! I think of them as healing trees, and what's more healing than a good hug!
i've been trying to understand what it is that makes us different, people from the trees. we share so much and yet there are worlds between us. i'm not sure who has the luckier being. i'm not sure if they get to consider us. we become luckier for the witnessing of them.
valerianna - it does seem that way! beneath the surface of all that is the unseen love that conencts all things vibrates up to the surface of our experiencing as mutuality, love, care . . . . . . steven
erin - the iterations of presence each coming with its own learnings, its own sense of self and otherness. i like living inside the animal of steven most of the time! steven
