convolution echo

in the echo
of water
held
in the moment
of an icy puddle

i have a sense
that

beneath
the stillness of everything gone, and being still,
being and sitting still, something resides

italicized words wallace stevens from "autumn refrain"

My voice has become something of an echo Steven. I'm still here but busier in the real world and less able to visit. Exquisite images here, to me they're like layers of stone.

Fabulous images and fabulous words. It was a real experience to drop in here.

I come here now as a means to have an uplifting experience, a still though and a picture suitable for meditation. A good way to start a day, any day.

elizabeth - i make no judgements and hold no expectations when it comes to comments. i treasure them for what they are but i know there are lots of people who visit and take what they will from their visit. that's very very alright! steven

friko - i know that you could take care of those needs entirely on your own because you are very similar in that respect. thankyou for the kind comment. steven

tess- i wish i knew wallace steven's work even more intimately. i put little threads of him next to my little threads sometimes and feel awkward because he is so very clever and insightful and thoughtful and sensitive. steven

Steven, I love that you find beauty in a muddy puddle. It is so artistic and the colors glow.
