eggplant rendering day!

recentlyw wendy gifted me with five eggplants from her garden to render into either little roasted cubes flavoured with sea salt, garlic and olive oil, or, eggplant parmigiana. in this moment, the house is filled with soft autumn air moving from the front door to the back door, and in-between, the wickedgood scent of food that will help sustain us through the coming wintertime!
