each flower

what would change
if you knew
that every flower
holds everything
in constant
contemplation

  1. Nice! Perhaps each flower must, for their glory is so brief, and our attention so fleeting...

  2. What a banner pic! Wow. It's like the clouds are talking to each other with light. Beautiful.

Flowers do have their role. I always think of them as energy filters, especially the flowers with lots of petals. Roses are so cleansing!

    Have a good sunday, Steven.

  3. nice rick! flowers are so sensitive to the air, the sun, the water, the ground they grow from. left to their own, they appear where they are needed or where, in combination with other plants they can provide something to the immediate environment. there's a rightness about that that intrigues me. steven

  5. Holding everything in constant contemplation? I would be in awe of them.

    But I am already.

Did you take that exquisite photo? It looks like a Georgia O'Keeffe painting. ♥

  6. weaver it certainly is. it stayed in our house for a couple of weeks in this form and then joined some rocks, dead moths, bits of driftwood, and other dried flowers in one of the many shrines around here! steven

I do love your GAWD ray going from cloud to cloud header.
( and, by the way, you will never be ready to see your kids go away all grown up and into their own experiences...your heart is sure to break over and over)
