They seem so sturdy and en...Cicadas are so amazing. They seem so sturdy and enduring. When we lived in Kansas our dog would find their castoff bodies and eat them like pork rinds. They probably have a nice texture if you can be objective. And their seven (?) year nap is flat out remarkable.
