this makes me wonder about the bear or the swan or the raven. what do they know? the cherry blossom, the raspberry, snow? and we - what do we know of place or thing? perhaps we know less than what we think but yet get caught behind belief.
wonderful shot, steven. it took me quite some time to see it as a shot and not as a painting of different fields of colour.
water as part of nature knows a lot. this is in my own opinion. when they know they are treated nicely, they give us something good in return, fish and plant for food. but, when they are treated badly, they give us worst that what we have caused them.
Oh my sweet Jaysus this photo is astonishing! Copying it for desk top! What a fine work of art, this! I may try to felt it in a piece if I can find the right colours- LOVE love LOVE! Enthusiastically LOVE!
pailine my sense of water is that it knows nothing other than itself which if you think about it, is a part of almost everything - it simply is. steven
WOW even cooler the closer one gets! I love it far away best- it is like a layered textured wonderland scene, Japanese, of course - silvery moon - copper stars scattered about.Subtle harmonious colours. I do love this so much.
wow you shared a nice picture in this ferry blog, combining nature and water. I wondered with this image. Share me some more wonderful pictures you had. Make some more fun pictures like this.
I wonder - water seems so alive somehow. I like thinking it knows...
