  8. elisabeth - i've been told that is ee more than is there. sometimes the observer is suggesting i need to see what is there and be good with that. i can't help knowing this world as multivalent - layered connections - with each layer revealing something of what is inside it. i love the mystery and the search. have a lovely day and thankyou for all your wonderful comments elisabeth! steven

  9. HI,
I'm a first-time visitor to your blog, and I got such a chill! Just within the last week I took a picture of frozen crabapples (similar to your header), and also an icicle against the sunrise (like a previous post.) Anyway--love your blog and I feel right at home! :)

  18. what a cool rock! I don't know where "spooning" comes from...is it because they lie so well fit together in the drawer?

  19. And the Japanese are still comfortable with rock pillows. Actually they are small bags of what sounds like mung beans and you do get used to them!

    Happy days
