one of the more recent ted talks features ueli gegenschatz, a man who has had many experiences i never will including wingsuit flying. i've featured some wingsuit footage here before but this is a really nice presentation in which uelli talks and shows you through the learning curve of arriving at being a wingsuit flier and then drops some absolutely stunning footage of wingsuit flying.

ReplyDeleteso if a skinny fifty two year old is willing to try this - you'll try?!! i love the end of this presentation when someone asks if he's ever been asked to do stunts for films and whatever and he says "some people have crazy ideas".
